Case 1: “The Good, the Bag, and the UGHly”

An 86-year-old woman presents with intermittent blurred vision of the right eye. Under closer inspection, UGH seems to be the culprit via an intinerant haptic. What imaging modalities should be performed for diagnosis and for surgical planning? What approach should be taken with an in-the-bag UGH syndrome?

Case 2: "Clarity After a Bit of SuffeRING"

A 58-year-old woman after recent stem-cell transplant was found to have a spontaneous, unilateral progressive ring choroidal hemorrhage and secondary angle closure. How would you manage this patient and what surgical options would you consider? After initial procedures, patient had persistent vitreous hemorrhage and visually significant cataract - how would you plan additional surgical intervention?
