Significant anterior chamber inflammation leading to dense membrane formation can be barriers to an early safe and effective vitrectomy due to poor visualisation of the posterior pole and also to treat the eye in cases of Endophthalmitis. We show the use of Micro incisional vitrectomy forceps for removal and handling of Fibrin membranes in the anterior chamber and its use over conventional methods.
