A patient with corneal graft rejection and band keratopathy with unknown previous surgical history was applied. The posterior segment could not be evaluated preoperatively. Pars plana vitrectomy via keratoprosthesis following penetrating keratoplasty was planned. An opacified IOL was extracted and a new IOL was fixated to sclera without sutures. Then planned procedures were operated succesfully.
