Nucleus extraction might be a technically challenging procedure in patients undergoing phacoemulsification when there is posterior capsule rupture, extensive subluxation or dislocated lens and in cases of extracapsular cataract extraction. In this presentation we introduce a safe, simple, and easy to learn new method of nucleus extraction which reduces the chance of vitreous loss.
