42-year-old female presented with right red eye and decreased vision secondary to vegetal blunt trauma with posterior development of fungal keratitis and increased IOP, leading to corneal decompensation. This video represents an infectious leukoma that required triple surgery with ECE, IOL implantation and PKP, plus IVA performed at the same procedure, initial VA was HM with a final VA of 20/80.
