The patient in this video presents post-traumatic mydriasis with subluxated traumatic cataract.
Due to the severe zonulodialysis, capsular bag was removed after phaco, since it was not suitable for IOL implantation.
Then, an Artificial Iris prosthesis with IOL included was implanted with scleral fixation.
After surgery, the patient presents excellent anatomic result with good functional recovery.
