The 1st case’s refraction was -10.5D. The ACD was 1.94 mm in the 2nd case. During hydrodissection, the nucleus was pushed forward. Posterior capsule rupture occurred during phaco or IOL insertion. Vitrectomy was performed. Two weeks after surgery, corrected visual acuity were 1.0. Performing hydrodissection in eyes with high myopia, shallow ACD, caution for CBS should be taken.
