A 26 years old pt came for a 2nd opinion. He had history of trauma in LE and treated with corneal repair, lensectomy and vitrectomy, elsewhere. On examination, he was found to be aphakic with aniridia and no capsular support in LE. His BCVA in LE was 6/12. We planned for a scleral fixation of aniridia IOL and that way we fixed the three problem (aphakia+aniridia+no capsular support) in a one go.
