A 52 y.o old male with advanced glaucoma who had previously undergone an Ahmed Glaucoma Valve Implantation presents a visual acuity of count finger at 6 ft in his right eye and NLP in his left eye. In his right eye the patient presents a pupillary seclusion and a valve tube touching the endothelium. He underwent surgery to remove a portion of the valve tube, synechiolysis and phacoemulsification.
