PC tear complication management is relatively easier when there is enough capsular support, but the main problem is when the PC tear is large and peripheral. IOL placement here could end up in a drop or the patient being aphakic, here we describe an easy to learn technique done in different scenarios both as a primary and secondary procedure where in a single haptic fixation of iris is used.
