Toric intraocular lenses (t-IOL) is an efficient method to correct corneal astigmatism at the time of cataract surgery. Accurate alignment in the desired position is an imperative requisite to success in it.There are several methods to align the t-IOL at the intended axis. We present a simple, effective, precise and inexpensive technique for preoperative reference axis marking in just one step.
